CRE Collaborative Excellence

Award Description​

The CoreNet Global - North Texas Chapter CRE Collaborative Excellence Award recognizes extraordinary synergies between corporate real estate and industry service providers who partner in the delivery of a remarkable project.  This submission may be a team effort by the service provider(s) and the corporate end user. The award will be presented to each firm.

 

Award Criteria​

• Implement advanced, collaborative approaches and practices that enhance the delivery of corporate real estate services

• Demonstrate a commitment to all aspects of partnership, collaboration, and transparency.

• Demonstrated success criteria may include one or more of the following:​

  • Mutually beneficial, win/win solutions between organizations.

  • Use of innovative solutions for complex projects.

  • Deployment of new and/or leading edge processes for achieving consensus, buy-in, and results.
